Questions, answered
Are the stones natural?
Every listing states the stone, the treatment and whether it is natural, dyed or glass. Where a bracelet uses cut crystal glass rather than mineral stone, we say so on the product page in the same size type as everything else.
What comes in the box?
The bracelet, a stone identification card naming each mineral and its treatment, a cotton pouch and a care sheet. Sets ship with one card per bracelet.
How do I choose a size?
Wrap a paper strip around your wrist, mark where it meets, measure it flat in centimetres. Order that number. Beaded bracelets are strung about 1 cm larger so they sit comfortably.
What if it does not fit?
We restring once at no charge within 30 days, you only pay return shipping. Elastic bracelets can be resized up or down by two beads.
Do you make health claims?
No. We list chakra, zodiac and intention because customers ask for them, and we present them as tradition and folklore. Crystals are not medicine and nothing here treats, cures or diagnoses anything.
How do I care for it?
Keep it off in the shower and the pool. Wipe with a dry cloth. Amethyst and rose quartz fade in direct sunlight over months, so store them in the pouch rather than on a windowsill.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, insured, five to nine working days after dispatch. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout where your destination supports it.
